Third RAAF F-35 Makes First Flight

05 Desember 2017 A35-003 takes off from Fort Worth. (photo : AustralianAviationCarl Richards) The Royal Australian Air Force’s third F-35A Lightning II, A35-003, has completed its first flight. Photographer Carl Richards captured these images of A35-003 taking off on its first flight, from Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, on December 1. The aircraft is due to be delivered to Luke Air Force Base, Arizona in early 2018 to be used for pilot and maintainer training, before being permanently relocated to Australia in 2020. A35-003, known to its manufacturer Lockheed Martin as AU-3, had its RAAF markings, including its 3 Squadron tail flashes, applied in early November, the final phase of the aircraft’s production process. 3 Squadron is due to become the first RAAF F-35 operational unit. Lima Pesawat Tempur TNI AU Mendarat Perdana Di Bandara Radin Inten Lampung

Lima Pesawat Tempur Hawk 100/200, dan satu pesawat C-130 Hercules dari Skadron Udara 32 Malang ikut sebagai pendukung Crew pada latihan Elang Jelajah 2017, terbang dari Home base Lanud Supadio langsung menuju Bandara Radin Inten Lampung, Kamis, (26/10). Dimana Pesawat C-130 Hercules A-1315 tiba lebih dulu mendarat pukul 08.00 WIB, sedangkan tiga Fighter Elang Flight tepat mendarat pukul 09.15 WIB, tak lama disusul dua pesawat langsung melakukan fly pass (melintas) di kota Bandar Lampung sebagai ucapan selamat datang di Bumi Ruwa Jurai.

Danlanud Pangeran M. Bun Yamin Letkol Pnb Ahmad Mulyono, S.E., M.M menyambut kedatangan lima pesawat Fighter yang dipimpin langsung oleh Komandan Skadron I Lanud Supadio Letkol Pnb Agung Indrajaya. Disela penyambutan Danlanud mengatakan “Latihan ini merupakan rangkaian dari latihan Elang Jelajah 2017 yang mana Lanud Pangeran M. Bun Yamin Pangkalan pendukung operasi penerbangan, kita sudah menyiapkan segala sesuatunya untuk mendukung serta kelancaran latihan ini. Saya juga sudah mengundang anak-anak SMP dan SMA dari Bandar Lampung untuk melihat dari dekat alutsista TNI AU, agar mereka lebih tahu mengenal Angkatan Udara, apalagi pesawat tempur ini perdana mendarat di Bandara Raden Inten.

“Operasi dengan sandi Elang Jelajah 2017 merupakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dari Komando Operasi TNI AU I pada umumnya. Skadron Udara I Lanud Supadio Pontianak merupakan salah satu unsur Tempur dibawah Koopsau I dengan didukung oleh lima Pesawat Tempur Hawk 100/200, terbang dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain ke wilayah untuk, menjaga serta pengawasan penegakan hukum di wilayah Nusantara ini ke Lanud-lanud yang operasional dan melaksanakan patroli udara terhadap objek-objek di wilayah udara RI”. tegas Danskadron I Supadio Pontianak yang merupakan Alumni Akademi Angkatan Udara Tahun 1999.

"They will be turned over and maintained by the 15th Strike Wing, the PAF's end-user," Department of National Defense (DND) public affairs office chief Arsenio Andolong told the Philippine News Agency (PNA) in an interview late Friday. BAE Systems Integrates VBS3 and VBS IG for Use with the ADF's AADS
